Location: Arlington, TX
Client: A pair of professionals and their dogs
Goal: Bring the feeling of a lakehouse stay into everyday moments
Scope: An exterior, entry, laundry, and primary bedroom renovation, with remodeling in the family room and bathrooms
Style & Era: Traditional with coastal rusticism
This home needed to welcome grandkids and three large Labradors—and all the wear and tear that comes with them. We prioritized practical, durable choices with a sense of rustic beauty that echoes their favorite lake house retreat.
Although the footprint was smaller, custom cabinetry and wood molding helped it feel roomy, refined, and every bit as special as a vacation on the water.
